Autosend report each month with stats.
In my experience a lot of business owners forget to log in to the platform.
To be able to send an automated email each month with Stats would be great.
It should include the following:
- How many new reviews each month
- How many new reviews in total after using the platform
- Referrer stats
- Othe important stats from the platform

Hi Mannie, Per our conversation, the report should look similar to the one I sent you as an example. The client or agency should be able to download the report as a PDF and then email it to their client. If it goes out automatically and a client has no new reviews for the month, it may get them to cancel. The best way would be for the client or the agency to be able to log in and download it.
The report should be able to select the report dates like, Man Lew said below.
The PDf report should have the name of the Business and the report dates that we are generating for the client. The reason this is important as the clients I have would like a report on the first of each month.
Then show all the new reviews that were published on any platform such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, Grubhub etc... but also include the responses that were made for each of those reviews as my clients like seeing the responses we wrote for that month.
I attached a screenshot of the example report you have, but the report should also have this in it. How many reviews did the client get for the selected dates? How many were positive, 5 stars and 4 stars? How many were neutral meaning any 3 stars and how many were negative, meaning 1 or 2 star reviews.
Here is another screenshot requesting that each logo from the platform the review is from be on the report. I circled Google in this screenshot, the full version of the example you have has others on the report. The review that came in on which dates, as I circled that, and then the public response that was published for that review, as I put an arrow to that for your reference.

Hi, @mannie@embedmyreviews.com I had another idea for the reports you will be building out and if you can add this to the feature. I know we spoke about having us download the PDF and send it individually to our clients every month, but there might be agencies that want the frequency to have them be sent automatically on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Can you add a toggle button when building this report out so if any agencies want to set up automatic emails to be sent with the report, they can? And if some agencies like mine do not want to, we can just toggle it off and download the report we need once we select the proper dates. Let me know what you think.
