API Token Permissions

When adding a new token the permissions you set at that point do not stick.

You have to go back into the permissions after creating it and apply them again for the API to work.

Ive tested this a number of times and each time it only will start working after applying the permissions again.

This one had us stumpped for about 4 hours thinking it was on our api that was wrong.
