allow us to create and insert CUSTOM FIELDS (TAGS) for each customer

To allow us to create richer more dynamic and pesonalized messages to clients.

Right now we only have option for these fields

but opening the ability to create our own tags and import them through the API will allow much more rich and customizable emails and SMS that is essential for more dynamic and custom campaigns.
