Right now it's a use-it-or-lose-it with the credits. This feature would allow agencies to choose which plans they create allow roll-over credits for the various usage tiers (email/sms/ai)
To add to this, from another idea: In addition to roll-over credits, customers could be auto-billed for overages. I.E. $.05 per email, $.10 / SMS, etc. These rates could be customized on the plan level.
