Allow options for automatic unsubscribe other than first link click

From years of experience, some customers will click the initial link and not leave a review until a follow up or 2 later. This is primarily because we may not grab their attention at the right time and place for them.

A few requests regarding this:

1. Having different options for removal, such as first link click, specific review site link clicked on feedback form, manual removal only, etc

2. Another software I’ve used in the past would only remove them from campaign if it detects a review was left with their name. This would be awesome.

Would love to at least allow us to turn this on or off allowing manual campaign removal as an option.
