AI Review Assistant - Know about customer

I noticed AI review assistant is generating similar kind of review for everyone, its not about the content of review, its about language & tone of the review. Yes, we have Casual, Nuetral, Enthusiastic; but its not enough.

Not every customer is same, A customer of water park speak totally different way than a customer of an educational institute. Even if they live in the same city.
Language, slangs, etc etc. varies upon location, country, industry and a lot of things. We can’t put every business customer in the same category.

The idea is to provide a field in AI review Assistant “Let us know about your customer“ that let user explain their ideal customer behaviour. Similar to field of “Let us know about your business“.

Where our users can explain their customer behaviour like “people live in delhi, speaks basic english & hindi, preparing for IIT, etc.“

So the AI will behave like that and write more realistic reviews that match the vibe of their real customers.
