Additional Formatting Options on Feedback Form

Would like more control over the feedback forms (review funnel page). I.E., ability to center text on the funnel, add sections, or even use custom CSS to style the page or center elements ourselves. Right now, the text is all left-justified. More formatting options would make it look a lot better!
