When adding a video to a campaign it hangs up on processing and never completes. If I back out of it eventually and try to load the campaign again there are no fields under the add video section as well.
@Nick Muriella I have re-run the failed job to convert the video and it has gone through. This is the first time this has failed since we launched the new campaigns so I don’t think it’s worth investigating to see the cause right now since it worked on the next try.
If we get further reports I will investigate further.
