Add support for international/european trustpilot sites, not only US/UK

at the moment the trustpilot integration looks like this: [unchangeable: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/] [custom link] (i.e. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/schubert-holi-dontics.de) for european sites, the syntax differs, with the result that a) the review site is in english instead of the local language and b) the company´s review page with the reviews is shown instead of the direct "write review" link because for european sites the syntax is insteaad of: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/schubert-holi-dontics.de like this: https://**de**.trustpilot.com/**evaluate**/schubert-holi-dontics.de https://**fr**.trustpilot.com/**evaluate**/schubert-holi-dontics.de https://**it**.trustpilot.com/**evaluate**/schubert-holi-dontics.de ... So either make the entire url customizable or create a Trustpilot European Edition" implementation. What do you think?
