Add Loading Indicator for Reviews in Customer Dashboard

When a new review source is added and it takes time to fetch the reviews, the reviews overview currently shows “Reviews not found.” This is misleading, because in many cases the reviews are simply still being downloaded or synced.

It would be much clearer if, during this process, the interface displayed a loading/downloading/syncing message or indicator instead (e.g. “Reviews are being fetched…”). This would help customers understand what is happening and, in our opinion, reduce support inquiries – we also contacted ourselves the first time we saw “Reviews not found” in this situation.
