Add Ability to manually add Text Testimonial or Review

Currently the only way I know of to manually add a review is to create a form and then fill in the form myself. I should be able to manually add a review directly like the screenshot below. For example, suppose a customer communicated with me by email and agreed to have a review published, I should be able to copy their review or testimonial and paste it in to quickly add it.
