Ability to move collection blocks to set priority in the Help Center

While creating help content can be hectic, I’d love to be able to display the most popular help topics at the top of my Help Center.

Currently, all collections are forced to be displayed in the order in which they were created. I’m unable to move them around so that the most common questions can be seen at the top.

The same also applies to different articles under a collection.

It would be very useful if I could drag each collection/article around to decide the order of listing.
