Ability to Charge Per Review Collected

There's a competitor whose software charges $10/per review collected, with a cap at $299/month unlimited. From a marketing perspective, I can see how this works to reduce friction/resistance to commitment in the sales process. I would love to have a built-in plan option like this for EMR.
