From today you can now offer your customers unlimited WhatsApp review requests from our free WhatsApp provider.

To get started first make sure to setup the EmbedMyReviews WhatsApp provider by going to: Agency → WhatsApp → Add Provider.

You will then need to read and confirm the conditions before this provider is enabled on your account.

To offer this channel to your customers please go to your custom plans and plan options → campaigns → Enable WhatsApp.

To make sure review links work EMR initially sends a message requesting that the customer responds with a simple “Y“ and then the platform automatically sends another message with the link to the feedback form.

This is to get around the limitations of WhatsApp when the sender is not a contact on the customers phone it also helps build positive reputation for the sending numbers over time win-win.

This was a major undertaking but unlike other platforms EMR fully supports automation with WhatsApp and works exactly like our existing email and SMS services wither sending bulk requests via CSVs, third party automations like Zapier or one-by-one it just works.
