From today you can request SSL certificates for your custom domains. Though we already try to request SSL certificates automatically sometimes this can fail because CNAME changes have not propagated across the internet.

To request an SSL certificate manually you can go to Agency Settings on the top menu and then go to domains. Scroll to the bottom and you will have a button to "Request Certificate".
