Instead of using SMS providers like Twilio, Vonage, Amazon SNS from today you can use your own android mobile to send out review requests. To get started make sure to open a free account here: https://httpsms.com/ and follow the instructions to get the application installed on your device.

Once you have installed the app go to EMR and click on agency -> SMS providers -> create provider and then select httpSMS.
