Campaigns now allow you to adjust when additional steps in the review request campaign are seen as completed. By default it’s whenever the reviewer clicks on the link to the feedback form but you can now also set this to when they actually get redirected to a review site.

As apart of this update you can now also control how many days we ignore fresh review requests to the same reviewer by default this is 14 days. We don’t recommend lowering this value unless you or your customer really has a good reason and the minimum is 1 day.

To get started go into your campaign and click on campaign settings and then advanced settings.
