From today you can send MMS messages when using Twilio or TextGrid via the platform. Other providers will be added over-time please use the roadmap to request your specific provider.

This option comes with it’s own custom plan option so by default your customers won’t be able to access this. To enable it go into your custom plan and under campaigns (plan options) enable MMS Review Requests.

Please note:

• Networks usually charge a bit more when sending MMS so EMR will deduct an additional credit whenever an image is sent via SMS from your customers.

• MMS is not available on every network or in every country so please check online to see if MMS is available in your jurisdiction.
