Agencies can now hide custom plans from the subscription page. Useful if you have certain plans that you don't charge via the platform.

Example: An agency provides reputation management as an addon to other services and charges the customer for the full suite of services. Payment is taken outside the platform. The customer would be assigned to the hidden plan. Other customers would still be able to subscribe to a paid plan directly on the platform via the subscription page.
