Today we have launched some updates to improve email campaign delivery rates and changes to the feedback forms:
New email template with rating breakdown which is now the default (recommended) email template for campaigns.
Feedback forms no longer show the header with your logo at the top and instead we show the powered by link.
Mobile optimisation for feedback forms avoid additional padding/margin.
Internally email campaigns have been adjusted to further help avoid the promotional tab this change. This change does not currently apply to our EMRs free email service as we are waiting on the provider to make changes their end first (ETA next week).
EMRs free email service will now use hello@reviews.email instead of noreply and we have already started warmups to increase delivery rates for Gmail, Outlook and others.
