From today agencies can allow their customers to use their own SMS provider. Works exactly how it does for agencies but instead you can pass this control onto your customers. Great for those who only want to offer email and don't want to deal with SMS or want give this in the higher tier plans.

It is available within custom plans and is disabled by default.
