Stripe Integration - Very Basic + charge for locations & auto-bill usage.

The Stripe integration is very basic right now. Many agencies charge by locations & usage, which makes the most sense in the pricing model. Allowing an "up to" number of locations for custom subscriptions but not allowing us to charge for those locations isn't flexible enough. We need a way to be able to dynamically charge a customer the base subscription + a monthly per-location fee over 1. Also, the system should track email, sms, and AI usage & auto-charge for overages allowed in the plan, where we can set rates. The stripe integration could be more flexible, and more agencies would use it if we had this feature. Right now it's just too basic to justify the costs, IMO.
