REQUIRED Email / SMS verbiage at Agency Level

In North America, it's required that a company include their company name, physical address, and an unsubscribe link in email footers. It's also required to include opt-out language in text messages. Right now, customers can choose NOT to include these things, which would cause issues for compliance with the agency email & SMS accounts (Sendgrid / Twilio), potentially causing non-compliance & service issues with deliverability. This is a major issue. We (agencies) should be able to require the standard footers in emails & append an opt-out message in SMS text message that clients cannot change.
