It would be great if we can override or adjust the SMS messages to remove “From Company” at the start, or option to move this to the end of the message. Or have this optional.
The SMS Intro Line is not only useless but also harmful:
Useless because this information can be manually included in the review template. While it's true that the email and SMS templates are the same, the company name can (and should) be incorporated by us in the template message.
Harmful because it is in English, cannot be translated, and consumes unnecessary characters that can be expensive in SMS messages.

Further to this, ability to set the SMS message template text vs email text would be great. At the moment, same text applies to both email and SMS.
