I thought of something really cool and I'm not sure if this exists. But I noticed you have sentiment analysis which is cool. But what if we can take AI further and actually use it to help a business figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are among all of their reviews. Imagine a business with 200 reviews. And about half of them are either four stars and below. Well we want to figure out if our business is doing something that is not allowing us to achieve five stars right? And most of the time, it could be that one thing that keeps being repeated by customers that owners may have overlooked. I suggest using AI to say something like, "read all of these comments and tell me how I can improve my business" or "Tell me the three main things that I need to do right now that customers complain the most about".

Currently you can generate AI replies to review sources which require manual copy pasting, so I don’t see why CSV/manual imported reviews are excluded from AI reply. I believe the missing link to make EMR the ultimate reputation management platform is a built-in Loyalty or Rewards program that we can offer our clients as an additional feature. To do this right, it should NOT be added to the review/testimonial flow. Instead, it should be offered as a separate, but complementary feature; one we can even charge extra for access to.The loyalty or rewards program should have its own QR code that leads to a landing page where the customer can learn about the program, and add their name, email, and mobile number to join the program. Then they are added to a list of program members. The program itself can simply be a pre-planned sequences of emails and/or texts that go out to each member based on their join date. The emails/texts can contain what ever content we decide to share with them, keeping in mind that they will be expecting emails with occasional discounts and special offers, hence the reason they joined a loyalty/rewards program to begin with. Intermingled with these email offers or maybe even in the initial “welcome/thanks for joining” email will be a casual mention of the link they can click on to leave a review or feedback. This way it's not in any way an ask for a review in return for a discount or some special offer. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe most of the technology needed to build out such an addition is already available within EMR. If I'm correct, it would simplify the process of adding such an additional feature. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it won't take work, just it's not reinventing the wheel so to speak. And before anyone suggests just using a separate email marketing app, I'm fully aware of how to build this out myself with a separate email marketing app, but that's not my point here. I’m hoping to have this all self contained in EMR so it can be easily packaged and sold to our client's within one platform for simplicity. I know this has been mentioned in the FB group, but I haven't found it in a search here so I decided to add it myself.I hope others find it as valuable as I do.

Similar to what Gumrev is offering. 

Instead of customers having to write reviews, they can answer some simple questions and ChatGPT will create a unique review for them. Then, when they click "Review On Google", that unique review is copied, and they can paste it onto Google review.

This feature would make sharing reviews via EMR super easy and lazy-proof.

Better gating of usage with integrated billing would be a killer feature! Ex: Limit the number of locations a plan can have, and allow users to buy additional locations through the interface. Ex: Email/SMS/AI usage is already set, but allow auto-billing of usage above this tier so a user doesn't have to buy one-off packages &amp; won't be locked out from using the platform if they go over the limit. Agencies can then set billing rates on all of these things, and it would make it a lot easier to get them using the integrated Stripe interface.

Make QR-Code more nice + Option to customize (add platform-logo for example)

The option exists to allow our agency clients to use their own SMS provider. Value to us agencies can greatly increase for our customer plans by having that same feature for emails where our customers can use their own. I could set up a plan for my customers in example where I allow them say 50 emails and 10 texts a month, but they can bring their own email and text providers to increase their send abilities.

Creating a user &amp; testing permissions - gave myself ONLY read access, but was able to create a campaign. Wasn’t able to delete the campaign, however. Read-only shouldn’t be able to create anything. User permissions are very confusing. Any user can do whatever actions they have access to to any location.To fix this: 1. Make named access permissions that make sense. Ex: Viewer, Responder, Manager, Admin, etc. Allow Agency to specify what access they have in plain English (i.e., can respond to reviews, create campaigns, edit settings)<ol start="2"><li>Make access flexible for locations: Give access to entire organization, or 1 or more locations (selectable)</li></ol>This is a really basic requirement of most SaaS apps. You developed this feature around your CRUD API, but it doesn’t make sense to end-users! There are some unexpected behaviors around the permissions select boxes (described above).

It would be a great feature if we can set auto replies to reviews such as Google, and set a time frame for the reply, e.g. reply to all reviews 30mins after receiving a review. Would be also great to have option of set scripts based on star rating left. Similar to the other widgets, the floating widget seems to round down if the rating is not a perfect 5 star - example our average ratings is 4.83 yet on the floating widget it shows a 4/5 stars. Other widgets show a portion (83%) of the 5th star. We love the floating widget yet not able to use it if it doesn't show more than a 4 star rating.

In reputation management communities, some users mention that certain platforms provide a button that directs them to a dispute form for reviews. This feature simplifies the process for users who often struggle to find these forms and don’t know how to dispute a review. From our customers feedback, it would be great if they could save prompt models to reuse them. For example, one of our customers want to save prompts for different types of negative reviews with things that the AI will not answer, like "we assure you that our restaurant follows all sanitary rules" and stuff like this, things that don't always appear in the client review for the AI to put it in the context of the answer.

Hello, I am not receiving updates for the new Tripadvisor reviews for some time now. I see the connection is under maintenance. When can we expect it to work properly again?

At the moment, the system can detect if the contact was added in the last 14 days, and it will avoid adding them as a duplicate. This feature request is to extend that 14 days to a lifetime value, perhaps by toggle. When clients send me CSVs of their customer lists for the week and some of them are repeat customers, it’s tricky (and risky) to only have 14 day protection.

The current stop sequence system for the option “Upon being redirected to review site“ <a target="" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://www.skool.com/profit-with-white-label/stop-sequence-improvement-suggestions">has a significant flaw</a>: it only stops follow-up messages when a customer clicks on an external review source (<a target="" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://roadmap.embedmyreviews.com/p/enhanced-review-campaign-unsubscription-control">that’s what I asked for, so my bad for not thinking in this previously!</a>). It fails to unsubscribe for customers who provide low star ratings (e.g., 1, 2, or 3 stars) or submit private feedback. These customers continue to receive follow-up messages, which risks further aggravating their dissatisfaction and may lead to additional negative reviews.Problem:<ol><li>Low Star Ratings: Customers who rate 1 to 3 stars do not have their message sequences halted, resulting in possible increased frustration and negative feedback.</li><li>Private Feedback: If a customer provides private feedback, they should likewise be removed from the follow-up message list to respect their dissatisfaction.</li></ol>Proposed Action: Implement a mechanism to automatically stop message sequences for customers who either:<ul><li>Provide a rating below a specified threshold (e.g., 3 stars)</li><li>Submit private feedback</li></ul> This change will enhance our customer engagement strategy by preventing negative interactions with dissatisfied customers.
