I don't think the current quick review button goes far enough to simplify review requests.
There needs to be a simpler user role, lets call it "sales rep". Once a sales rep is logged in:
1. Their session should last a long time because their job isn't working with tech so any friction (sessions timing out, etc) would reduce adoption/usage.
2. The ONLY thing they can do is ask for reviews.
3. Any requests they submit are tracked as submitted by them for training/performance tracking purposes.

Their request a review form is accessible via a hidden URL, which isn't probably ideal but there is zero friction (all fields on this form are editable - what is not needed can be removed OR more can be added as desired).
