Review Request automation with Google Sheet (and Zapier)

A possibility to link a Google Sheet with dynamic database to Review Request automations.

So we can give our client a Google Sheet, link it in their account.

Every time they add manually a new client, he will get automatically a request to give a review.

With this also no manual upload of database is needed every month to send the request, regarding to their credits.

We also can automate:

Their CRM or any system → Zapier → Google Sheet → all clients from sheet (limited by credits) get automatically a request.

The automation goes then every month in the list and sends requests to their clients, till the credits are completely used.

If they have subscription with 200 credits but upload every month more clients (or have initial a big database), they should get an message, that they need more credits because they are limiting their results.
