Review Request automation with Google Sheet (and Zapier)

A possibility to link a Google Sheet with dynamic database to Review Request automations.

So we can give our client a Google Sheet, link it in their account.

Every time they add manually a new client, he will get automatically a request to give a review.

With this also no manual upload of database is needed every month to send the request, regarding to their credits.

We also can automate:

Their CRM or any system → Zapier → Google Sheet → all clients from sheet (limited by credits) get automatically a request.

The automation goes then every month in the list and sends requests to their clients, till the credits are completely used.

If they have subscription with 200 credits but upload every month more clients (or have initial a big database), they should get an message, that they need more credits because they are limiting their results.

    @Test-Heiko Test-Heil this is already possible since everyone has to the white-label API. You can connect to Zapier and then connect any third party systems i.e. CRM, Google sheets to automate.

      The thing is:
      Linking a Google Sheet in EmbedMyReviews is sooooooo much easier and much easier to scale:

      Clients Software with database → Zapier (Without API but native zap) → Google Sheet → Link in clients account in EMR.

      Depends on, how the EMR-Zapier-Integration will then be.
      But getting rid of API-work and being able to use Zapier with native Zaps would be so much easier.

        @Test-Heiko Test-Heil we will introduce a native Zapier app but the way Zapier works it won’t be white-labelled. This works fine for agencies who don’t mind this because they are providing a white-glove service.

        You can also accomplish this fairly easily using google app script if you know how to write Javascript. Listen to the row added event (assuming your API to gSheets is setup to do this) and run the script based on that info.

          Thats the point: Im not a developer and i dont want to hire an expensive dev for a task which could be easy done by everyone following my recommendation.

          Nearly every client is using another software and thats the next point:
          1. Any software → 2. Zapier → 3. Google Sheet → 4. Link in EMR.

          So the job is done with templates in Zapier and GSheets in seconds for every client, no matter what software they are using.

          I dont want to do anything which is not scalable and or produces unnecessary costs.

            This is not expensive at all to do. Basic developers can be hired on Fiverr to build something simple like this.

            Like I said our Zapier integration won’t be white-labelled since I don’t see they support white-label functionality.

              I understand that the Zapier-Zap will not be whitelabled and this is not needed because we will connect clients software via Zapier to EMR.

              This would avoid hiring a Freelancer for connecting every client. Not everyone has the API-skills, especially without any guides…
