Inbuilt Stripe Integration: edible Receipt and Invoice - templates

Description: requesting an modification to the inbuilt Stripe integration to ensure receipts meet company bookkeeping requirements.

Currently, the receipts do not include essential information such as the company name, VAT number, and tax handling details. This information is mandatory for cross-border transactions and compliance with various tax authorities and by bookkeeping. The reciept should always state the least a company name on it.

Requirements:

1. Customer Information Fields:

   • Company Name

   • Address

   • VAT Number

   • Phone Number

2. Editable Invoice Template:

   • Ability to customize the invoice template , to meet different country -specific requirements.

   • Free text fields under the product, especially if a multilocation plan has been sold, needs to have a separation of the companies and VAT handling per company, on the reciept.

Justification: Even though Stripe handles tax processing, having this information on receipts is crucial for our customers’ bookkeeping and compliance with local regulations. This enhancement will ensure that our receipts are valid for company bookkeeping and meet international standards adn EMR clients does not have to look for external payment solutions.

Thank you for considering this request. Implementing these changes will greatly benefit our customers and ensure lack of proper receipts is not a sales-blocker anymore. Also it will bring more people to stay within the build-in Stripe which is beneficial to EMR.
