I'd like to suggest some UX enhancements for the Help Center management interface:
Article Management
Currently, both collections and articles are ranked by their creation date. The same applies to individual articles.
To maintain logical consistency, it would be helpful to be able to manually adjust the ranking (order) of both collections and articles.
The best way to manage this would be to use a drag-and-drop feature—allowing us to move collections or articles up or down in the list. I’m not sure if this is feasible, though. (I’ve noticed that for video onboarding, you designed a menu with numbered positions, like 1 to 10, to reorder videos.

We should also have the ability to move an article from one collection to another.

Collection Differentiation
Currently, all collections use identical blue folder icons
This makes it difficult to quickly identify different collections at a glance
Suggestion: Allow custom icon selection for each collection
When the user hovers over a collection, a style/option (e.g., an edit icon ✎ or button) appears, allowing them to change the icon.

Here is 2 articles from Front App and Helpscout where they show how to manage, edit collection & articles.
Helpscout : Create and Manage Docs Articles
Front App : Add and edit knowledge base articles
