Some customers are contacting us complaining of running out of credits. Upon investigation, there are multiple issues with the credits system:
There are zero notifications when credits run out - to either the agency owner or customer. There definitely need to be!
The plans are renewing, but the credits are not. There should be new email / sms credits being issued, but this one customer in particular did not get their credits renewed, and I only found out that they ran out after they investigated & saw that no emails were being delivered. In the pictures below, the plan should have renewed on the 4th of each month, with the credits.
The chart in the credits section doesn’t show any detail. It says “series-1”, which is pretty useless. We need to see a stacked bar chart of each type of usage by day, plus a line of each type showing balance remaining. In addition, we should be able to export the usage data from the table below, or at least choose to show more than 10-15 records per page.
Both times in 2 months I had to manually add credits to this customer’s account, and both times they contacted me telling me the emails weren’t sending. Neither of us found out until after the fact.
Please fix & enhance this.
Pro tip: While doing this big fix, it might be efficient to add in the enhanced billing for usage OVER their allowance (i.e., $.02/email, $.05/SMS, etc) so that they DO NOT run into an issue where their campaigns aren’t sending anything out.
