Enable Agencies to provide managed services

I can imagine that potential Agency customers (Suppliers of a certain product or service - hereafter called Supplier) with incoming reviews see an obstacle in responding to their reviews. Responding to a bad review is crucial. It can win back a customer, but most of all it can make sure that other potential customers see that the supplier care and that they have taken action to solve a certain problem.

So, my suggestion is to enable agencies to provide managed services to their customers, the Suppliers, simply by enabling an option (it should be an up-sell of an extra feature/service) where the agency write all the responses (it could be potentially be with the help of the AI assisted service), but do NOT post them. Each such response provided as part of the managed service, still need to be approved by the Supplier and there can be special things that have happened in specific cases where only the Supplier knows what really happened and for such cases, the Supplier should be able to edit a response made by an agency to make it specific for that Supplier and its customer. When the Supplier has gone through all the responses, they can choose to post them. It's not even sure that they want to post a reply.

On AirBNB, if the Supplier does not post a review of the customer, their customer's review is not made public. So if the Supplier would suspect that they will get a bad review of a certain customer, they might not want to write a review of their customer and thereby they will avoid negative feedback in this way.

So technically do this:

1) Add the ability to add Agency authors (plural) that only has the right to add responses, generate AI responses, but not do any settings in the Agency admin interface.

2) Provide this as an up-sell that is a feature like any other feature. The problem with this to add to an existing price plan is that the plans look terrible when they are more than three plans, so I guess it will be better to provide the Managed service as a separate subscription.

3) Have a special page with not-yet-replied-to reviews

3a) Have these buttons to enable the agency to provide either an AI assisted review response or an Edit button to edit the review themselves. There also needs to be a status indicator that helps the agency see if they need to re-write the response, or if the Supplier chose to not post the written reply.

3b) Add a field internally so that the agency can see which of its authors generated the response (for quality follow-up).

4) Have another page where the Supplier (the Agency customer) would see all not-posted replies to be able to go through the responses fast and decide whether to post them, edit them or delete them.

4a) Have these buttons to enable the Supplier to either approve a response written by the agency or an Edit button to edit the written review themselves. Then a checkbox for each of the written responses + one checkbox that covers all written reviews to post them. There also needs to be a status indicator that gives the agency the ability to see whether they need to re-write a response or if the response was chosen to not be posted by the Supplier.

5) Sorting should be on the regular + whether a response was posted or not.

I think that such a feature could be worth a lot for busy Suppliers who are in need of EmbedReviews, but see an obstacle in having to write responses and the answers to reviews is an important factor to Google. Remove the obstacle for an extra fee and I believe that there will be more Agency customers and those Agency customers will pay more per account.

I believe that Managed Services could easily be sold at 2 - 4 times the price for the subscription itself.
