Scenario: We created a master template under the agency email template section. We want this to be the foundation template to address different user cases and scenarios like retail, onlineshop, services, formal or informal tone, etc. Having the option to duplicate the master template would prevent us from doing everthing from scratch allover again and just make the neededd changes on the dupes. this way it will be a huge time saver.
Same applies to the collect form texts. a lawyer offering services and a retail shop will have different texts, like the former will i.e. ask "How was our service?" and the latter "How was your visit in our shop?". Therefore it would be great if the client can choose (or that we do that for him) from a pulldown menu like "Im offering services (formal tone)" or Im offering services (informal tone)", Im an online shop (formal)" or "I sell products locally (informal)", etc.
The pulldown items will be created automagically from a new agency "collect template" tab, where we can set up the collect copy text for each scenario apllying to our white lable. This will also be a huge timesaver, especially if setting up the collect form is done by the agency...
