Context: Currently, private feedbacks are isolated in a sub-menu (Get More Reviews > Private Feedback). This creates unnecessary friction and fragments the user experience.
Problem:
Inefficient Workflow: Users have to switch between two different sections to manage their reputation. This leads to wasted time and a higher probability of missing critical private complaints.
UX Clutter: The "Get More Reviews" menu is unnecessarily heavy with this dedicated tab.
Weak Demo Impact: It is currently difficult to visually demonstrate the "filtering" value of EMR to prospects. Having to click through multiple menus to show the difference between private negative feedback and public positive reviews dilutes the sales pitch.
Proposed Solution: Merge the "Private Feedback" content directly into the main Reviews tab.
Centralized View: All incoming feedback (public and private) should appear in the primary list.
Visual Distinction: Use a clear "Private" label or a specific background color to distinguish these entries from public Google/Facebook reviews.
Filtering: Add a quick filter at the top of the "Reviews" page to toggle between "Public," "Private," or "All."
Action Logic: Ensure the "Respond" button for private feedback triggers a direct contact action (email/SMS) rather than a public API reply.
Expected Benefits:
Operational Efficiency: Users only have one place to check and manage all feedback.
Higher Conversion (Sales): In demos, showing private negative feedback sitting right next to public 5-star reviews immediately proves the platformβs value as a "protective shield."
Clean UI: Simplifies the sidebar navigation by removing the redundant "Private Feedback" entry.
