Bug Report: Inability to Delete a Plan

Description: After copying a paid plan and making it as a Free plan, the system displays “0 paying subscribers.” on the new free plan. However, attempting to delete the plan results in the following error message: “Not permitted - Unable to delete the custom plan. You have active subscribers on this plan.” This has happened both to a copied plan and a free plan which was created from a scratch but which had one subscriber.

Issue:

• The number of paying subscribers is not always accurate.

• The system prevents deletion of the plan despite it is showing no paying subscribers.

Suggested Improvement:

• Ensure the subscriber count is accurate.

• Provide visibility of all subscribers on a plan, including non-paying customers on paid plans.
