'Billing' needs to generate an invoice - not a receipt - urgent matter.

Currently, under the ‘Billing’ tab if the customer or the agency aswell wants to download the “invoice” from the section invoice, it is generating a receipt with little and incomplete information.

As for the customer side. We are setting everything up to use the build-in Stripe integration, as for now, if customers want to download their invoices they get the receipts and this will cause a lot of support assistance, because we would have to download it from our Stripe account and e-mail it manually.

We also wanted to download our own invoice from EMR and we get the EMR receipt, this is not usable for our own bookkeeping. I think this should be an urgent matter to deploy a fix to it.

2 suggestions:
- 1. The download button under Billing → Invoices should be integrated with the agencies Stripe invoice.
- 2. If customer goes to ‘Subscriptions’ selects a different plan than the current as they if they are downgrading or upgrading, then the customer portal of Stripe will open. Here under the section ‘Invoice History’ they can download the real invoice generated by Stripe, but obviously no customer would use this step. So, maybe create a button that directly opens the Stripe’s Customer Portal when the build-in Stripe integration is used. This way when support needed, we only have to say: “Go to Settings → Select: Customer Portal → here you can find the invoice history.
