We are excited to announce our built-in white label knowledge base available to agencies from today. Over 40 articles are available by default but agencies have full control over these and can create additional articles.

The knowledge base has built-in multi-language support so you can translate the articles and assign them to a language. When your customers are using a different language then only those articles will be shown. If no articles are available in that language it will fallback to the default English version.
