EmbedMyReviews has now introduced a completely free email & SMS service for all existing users. The costs for this are being absorbed by our third party partner which allows EMR to offer this solution without risk.

There are some caveats for both services so if you are using your own providers and need full control it is still the best solution. This free offering just opens up EMR to more price sensitive agencies:

Unlimited Email:
To setup this email provider go to Agency → Email → Add Provider and select EmbedMyReviews.

Caveat: Emails are sent from our grey label email domain noreply@reviews.email and you can only change the reply-to and from name. This can also be changed at a customer level.

You can as normal control credits for your customers via custom plans.

Unlimited SMS:

To setup this SMS provider go to Agency → SMS → Add Provider and select EmbedMyReviews.

Caveat: SMS messages are sent from our US numbers and this cannot be changed. Our partner guarantees deliveries in North America only though on testing most European countries, Australia and New Zealand worked. US regulations are handled by the provider with no further work required on the agencies side.
