Scheduled Reporting is here!

From today you or your customers can setup reports to get more insights into their reputation.

We have launched with two PDF reports:

  1. Summary - Receive an overview of key metrics and insights from your reviews, providing a snapshot of your reputation performance and trends.

  2. Responses - Get a detailed report of all responses to customer reviews, helping you track engagement and manage feedback effectively.

As usual access to who can create reports can be controlled via custom plans: Plan Options β†’ Reviews β†’ Reporting. This enabled by default.

Frequency of the reports can be set to one of the following:

  1. Weekly

  2. Biweekly

  3. Monthly

You can also download the reports on demand by clicking edit on the report and download.

Did you know?
The summary report will show stats for how many extra reviews your customer has got since joining the platform. These are shown when the percentage is 5% or more.
