We are thrilled to inform you that you can now directly reply to Google reviews from our platform. To begin, ensure that you have linked the Google review source by signing in to your Google account (Grant access).

After successfully connecting, choose the desired account and location, and we will seamlessly synchronize your reviews!

To respond to reviews just go to the reviews section and click the respond button and you should see a popup instead of being redirected to Google.

And top it off this is all white labelled so your customers won't know it's EMR.
