Onboarding Blueprints allow agencies to use existing feedback forms, campaigns and widgets to setup a “blueprint“ which will help customers experience the full value of your platform sooner, enhancing satisfaction and reducing early churn.
The blueprints work with custom plans so if you want more tailored onboarding based on the plan your customer is on you can do this.
