Local time campaigns, branded SMS links and better AI reviews and replies

Campaigns now send on your client's local time

  • Every campaign has its own time zone. We pick it up from your browser, and you can change it per campaign.

  • Daylight saving is handled for you. No more windows drifting an hour twice a year.

  • Overnight windows work, for example 8pm to 2am.

  • Existing campaigns keep sending as before. Open one and you can switch it to your time zone or leave it as it is.

  • Change a window and any queued invites move to fit. Nothing goes out outside the hours you set.

  • Send an invite while the window is closed and we tell you when it will actually go.

  • Local Search Grid scan times now show in the location's local time.

See exactly what happened with each contact

  • Open a contact and see every message sent, on which channel, and whether it was delivered, opened or clicked.

  • See what's coming next and roughly when.

  • Failures are explained in plain English. Technical details are there if you want them.

  • Messages skipped because credits ran out, no provider was set up or the message was blank are now marked as skipped, not failed.

  • Repeated daily skips collapse into one line.

  • A text that bounced no longer counts as sent, so the contact still gets their invite.

Your own domain in text message links

  • Agencies can now add a branded link domain, for example go.youragency.com, under Settings and Domains.

  • Every review link in your SMS invites uses it instead of revw.me.

  • The card shows the status: issuing certificate, live, or needs attention.

  • We check it every hour and email you if something breaks.

  • If it ever goes down, texts fall back to revw.me so nothing stops sending.

  • If your SMS provider needs link domains approved on their side, add the new one there too.

Better quality AI reviews and replies

AI Review Assistant (turns a customer's answers into a review draft on your collection forms)

  • Drafts are noticeably better. They read like a real customer wrote them, with varied openings and less of that polished AI feel.

  • Keeps any reservation the customer mentioned instead of smoothing it over.

  • Every draft is quality checked before it's shown. If one isn't good enough, it quietly tries again.

  • Writes in the form's language across all 28 we support, with no stray English mixed in.

AI responses (auto-respond, bulk responding, replying from the inbox, private feedback)

  • Replies are specific to what the review actually says. No more generic thank yous.

  • Length follows the review: short and warm for praise, fuller for complaints.

  • New guardrails. Public replies will not promise refunds, admit fault, or name staff members.

  • Replies match the language the customer wrote in, not your prompt or whoever is logged in.

  • If your prompt pins a language, that wins.

  • Uses the formal form of address in languages that have one.

  • Social post captions get the same quality and language improvements.
