We are excited to announce that the collect forms now support automatic deep links for Google reviews.

What is a deep link?

A deep link is a special URL used on Android and iOS devices to open up the native application if it's installed on the end users device. Deep links are useful as more often users are already logged into the app instead of the browser so they are more likely to leave a review (no need to re-login).

If the system detects the app is not installed it will fallback to the normal redirect URL via the browser.

How do I enable deep links?

For all new collect forms this will enabled by default and you don't need to do anything. For existing forms please make sure under the distribution tab that deep link setting is switched on and click save. Note with existing forms you will still need to click save at-least once for this to take affect.

In future we will introduce deep links to other review sources like Facebook etc.
