Excited to announce that we have now added the ability to drip send review requests when bulk uploading a CSV. Customers will now have the option to configure the limit once a CSV file has been uploaded.

Once you have uploaded the CSV of contacts you will be presented with the option to map columns from the sheet and at the bottom you now have a new option to configure the daily limit. This limit will spread the review requests over a number of days instead of sending all the requests in one go.

Why this is important?
Review reactivation is a great method when onboarding a new client to get them reviews quickly from their existing client base but without triggering Googles filters for unnatural reviews. This will help retain the customer and can be used as apart of your initial offer.

To try this out: Click Send Invites Button (top navigation) → Click Invite Multiple Contacts → Upload CSV.
