Why This Matters

Setting up pricing plans used to be frustrating. You’d stare at dozens of settings, wonder how many emails or SMS credits made sense, and hope you weren’t underpricing or overpromising. Many agencies either spent hours tweaking things or just mirrored another tool’s pricing without really knowing if it fit their business.

The Smart Plan Setup Wizard removes that uncertainty.

How It Works

You start by selecting your industry from over 100 options, such as restaurants, dental clinics, real estate, or contractors. If you’d rather not choose one, you can skip this step and use smart defaults.

From there, we handle the calculations. Using real industry data, the wizard recommends sensible limits for email credits, SMS credits, locations, team members, and features.

Finally, you review everything in one place. You’ll see clearly defined Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans and can create all three instantly with a single click.

What You Get

You’ll end up with three ready-to-use plans:

Starter is designed for small businesses just getting started and includes 250 emails, 50 SMS credits, and one location.

Professional is the recommended option for most customers, with 1,000 emails, 200 SMS credits, and three locations.

Enterprise is built for high-volume businesses and includes 5,000 emails, 1,000 SMS credits, and up to ten locations.

Each plan also includes a built-in 14-day trial, industry-appropriate feature settings, clear feature lists your customers can easily understand, and sensible limits that protect your margins while still delivering real value.

Where to Find It

If you’re a new agency, the wizard will appear automatically the first time you try to create a customer.

If you’re an existing agency, you’ll find a new “Smart Setup” button on your Custom Plans page.
