Agencies can now utilise the built-in onboarding checklist and optionally add a CTA to assist with onboarding. Both will be visible on your customers dashboard.
Things to note:
Customers will be able to hide the onboarding/CTA once they complete 3 or more steps from the checklist.
Existing agencies → the onboarding is disabled by default to enable go to Agency → Configuration and scroll down to Onboarding Checklist.
The onboarding checklist is smart and uses the customers custom plan options to figure out what tasks the customer needs to take to setup the platform. So if you don’t want a certain task then it needs to disabled within the custom plan.
The checklist are suggestions and don’t stop the customer from using the platform and any steps they don’t want can be ignored by them.
